COPING WITH SIBLING RIVALRY

Before my daughter entered to my family, my toddler was told he'd have a wonderful little "mei mei" to play with, and how much fun it would be. Then the little baby is born and my son still showing extreme jealousy towards the baby. He's obviously mad at me for disrupting the predictable flow of his life with this new challenger for our attention. I still can remember he reaction when his first time saw me carried bb and night time bb cries until disturb him wake up. He so unhappy n jealous when saw me carried and feeded bb, the initial few days me n my hubby extreme tired by taking care them.
I realy needed pay 100% attention to caring them. Firstly I must protect my bb. Second, I must teach my son how to interact with his new sibling in proper ways. Every time I must act quickly and can't leave them alone together. I teach my son soft touches to bb, if he can do gently, I will praised and hug or kiss him and tell him how proud you are. And I always get involve him by helping me to do something and encourage whenever possible.
And sometimes, I oso felt frustration and anxiety. Even how, I tell myself must be calm and take a deep breath and also need adjusment for everyone in my family. I always tell my hubby must control his temper, we cannot scold or bet our son, he still small, we must be patient don't hurt his feelings bcos at this age, we are demonstrating in everything and childrens will learn most from watching us.
